How do I identify an artwork?
Upload a photo from the Upload tab. ArtStory automatically identifies the artist, title, and history using AI — no manual entry needed.
How much does ArtStory cost?
200 identifications come with every credit pack, and your first 50 identifications are free. Buying a pack is a one-time purchase — no subscription, and credits never expire. Settings shows the current price before you buy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your photos, collection, and account.
A photo won’t upload, or an identification looks wrong — what do I do?
Try "Retry" on the artwork first. If that doesn’t help, email us below with what you saw and we’ll take a look.
